CNZW was set up in 2020 to provide practical advice to those in the property sector looking to deliver carbon neutral developments.
We identified a gap in the market for SME’s – within and beyond the property sector – with an element of real estate as part of their business and developed our ESG Strategy workshop to provide with SME’s with the support needed to identify what they are doing well and what they could be doing better.
We have since worked across the retail, leisure, hotel and property sectors delivering strategies and bespoke projects for a number of clients.
We pride ourselves on practical, real-world advice but aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. We are eternally optimistic and forward-looking with a genuine belief that a sustainable business will add value well beyond the annual accounts.
